Training Program Evaluation

You and your team members will have ongoing group and one-on-one coaching sessions based on your custom Franchise Success Plan. We then utilize our Franchise Bible Coach technology platform to track progress and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This package includes Franchise Success Plan implementation and weekly 30-minute coaching calls. Requires a one-year minimum commitment.

Our high-impact boot camp programs include a custom strategic plan, roles and responsibilities assessment and overall company goals and objectives plan. This is a great option to kick off a new phase of your company growth. This package includes your custom executive plan and a full day coaching boot camp event for up to 20 team members.

Our Executive Tune-up is a focused one-on-one coaching program to help your executives master their roles within your franchise organization. This program is also effective for any team members that need development in certain areas or are experiencing struggles in their current performance. Package includes a custom executive development plan and three one-hour individual coaching sessions over a three-month period of time. Billed at $1,500 per month for three months.
